The street clock on International Avenue was unveiled on October 3, 2008.
The impressive clock stands over 16 feet tall and is programmed with over 500 tunes including ones for many multicultural holidays.
Thanks to our friends at Rotary Club of Calgary East who donated the street clock.
Installation was a collaboration between the BRZ and the City of Calgary.
Malcolm Ho-You was responsible for the design of the assorted street amenities surrounding the clock at 30 and 17th Avenue SE.
